香港鮮花零售協會成立於1993年。而本會的宗旨如下：
| （一） | 促進和推進本協會會員間的聯繫、信誠及彼此的瞭解和合作。 |
| （二） | 促進和鼓勵本協會會員的團結與友善關係。 |
| （三） | 調解會員業務間之糾紛。 |
| （四） | 對於有關本協會會員之問題或事項，得代表向政府或其他有關機構作有代表性交涉及妥協。 |
Hong Kong Flower Retailers Association was founded in 1993. The objectives of the association are:
| (1) | | To facilitate and advance members' contacts, integrity, understanding and cooperation; |
| (2) | | To facilitate and encourage a cohesive spirit and friendly relations among members; |
| (3) | | To mediate business disputes between members; |
| (4) | | To act as a representative of the members in negotiating with and compromising to the government and other organizations concerning matters involving the members. |
